Office Staff Open Positions
Supports the agencyβs Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives by assisting with compliance monitoring, record reviews, documentation audits, and operational improvement activities to help maintain organizational standards and performance.
Leads and oversees the agencyβs Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting operational excellence, improving service quality, and promoting continuous organizational improvement initiatives.
Oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit preparation, and overall financial operations for the organization while supporting strategic planning, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for managing new patient referrals, verifying insurance, and coordinating the admission process to ensure a smooth transition into care services.
Oversees patient care plans and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies, promoting high-quality service delivery.
Reviews documentation and assigns accurate diagnosis and procedure codes to support proper billing and reimbursement.
Coordinates and tracks physician orders, ensuring timely receipt, processing, and communication of all clinical orders.
Manages inventory and procurement of medical and office supplies, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective use of resources.
Leads and supervises the nursing team, ensures adherence to care standards, and supports staff development while managing patient outcomes.
Oversees therapy staff operations, coordination, and service quality to support patient care and rehabilitation goals.
Develops and executes outreach strategies to promote agency services, builds relationships with referral sources, and supports brand visibility.
Provides clerical and administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and communication coordination, to assist in daily operations.
Maintains and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network systems to ensure reliable technology support across the organization.
Supports the finance team by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reports and audits.
Prepares and submits claims, follows up on reimbursements, and resolves billing issues to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle operations.
Field Staff Open Positions
Coordinates and oversees patient care in the home setting, develops individualized care plans, performs skilled nursing visits, and ensures compliance with medical protocols and agency policies.
Provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients with their care plans in the home environment.
Assesses and treats patients to improve mobility, strength, and physical function through individualized therapy plans.
Helps patients develop or regain skills needed for daily living and self-care through personalized therapy programs.
Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy plans.
Provides personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping support.
Assists clients with non-medical needs such as companionship, meal preparation, and personal support tasks to promote comfort and safety at home.
